Terms and Conditions

Promotion period and eligibility

Please note that Big 5 All-In Anniversary Challenge, is a Retailer Promotion, with all employees working together. There is also a separate individual employee element to this Promotion.

Points are awarded to Retailers for every All-In Service Plan sold during the promotional period from 07.04.2026 to 30.04.2026. The promotion will end on 30.04.2026.

For every All-In Service Plan sold, the Retailer will be awarded one point. For every five Al-In Service Plans sold within the Retailer, which can be across different employees, the Retailer will be awarded five bonus points.

A bonus of 25 points will be awarded to any Retailer who achieves a five-week streak. To qualify, the Retailer must sell at least one All-In Service Plan per week for five consecutive weeks from launch.

No action is required from the Retailers, points will be award through Retailer sales data from Catalyst for Aftersales data. Participants may be contacted for further information if required to validate an invoice.

The promotion is open to participants from One Aftersales brands only. Audi is excluded.

Each week, a Big 5 All-In Anniversary Challenge Leaderboard will be shared on Monday at 10am, with email communications going out to those who have registered to receive them. More than one employee at a Retailer can be registered to receive the Promotional email communications.

The first Big 5 All-In Anniversary Challenge Leaderboard will go live on the 13.04.2026.

 

Prizes and redemption

There will be one prize per brand to be won. The Retailer with the most points per brand, will be awarded first place.

Winners will be announced and contacted via email on the 04.05.2026 and will have one week from receipt of that email to reply to accept their prize. Failure to do accept a prize within the time frame, may result in it being awarded to the next placed Retailer. If a prize remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the participant, the Promoter reserves the right to dispose of the prize without liability.

First Place Prize – A food truck to visit your dealership. Redeemable Monday – Thursday on a day to suit. Max 40 portions of food.

Prize fulfilment will be managed by WAA Chosen. No alternative prize formats are available.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal value should circumstances beyond its control require.

 

All-In Sales Superstar Individual Employee Promotion

For each of the Volkswagen Group UK One Aftersales Brands, excluding Audi, there will be one All-In Sales Superstar, per week, for the most All-In Service Plans sold during the promotional period from 07.04.2026 to 30.04.2026. The promotion will end on 30.04.2026.

No action is required from the Retailers or employees, as data will be collated from Retailer sales data from Catalyst for Aftersales data. Participants may be contacted for further information if required to validate an invoice.

 

Prizes and redemption

There will be one prize awarded per brand each week over an eight-week period, resulting in a total of eight weekly winners per brand. Each week, the prize will be awarded to the individual employee within each brand who sells the highest number of All-in Service Plans during that week.

Winners will be contacted via email the following week and will have one week from receipt of that email to reply to accept their prize. Failure to do accept a prize within the time frame, may result in it being awarded to the next placed Retailer. If a prize remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the participant, the Promoter reserves the right to dispose of the prize without liability. The winners certificate and voucher link will be included within the email.

The winner will be sent at random, one £25 voucher for either Amazon, Deliveroo, Dinning Out or M&S.

General terms

The promotion is not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, its agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Employees of independently franchised Volkswagen Group retailers may participate.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant it believes is acting contrary to the spirit of the promotion or engaging in unfair or improper conduct.

Participants may withdraw from the promotion at any time by submitting a written request to the Promoter.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant information, network failure or any technical issue beyond its reasonable control.

Participants must provide a valid email address and/or contact telephone number. These details will be used solely for administration of the promotion and prize fulfilment and will be retained only for a reasonable period.

In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other promotional material, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (the "Promoter") and used only for the purpose of administering the competition in accordance with the competition Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are the legal basis for the Promoter's processing. If you do not provide your personal data, the Promote cannot process your competition entry and cannot notify you if you are successful.

If you are not successful in winning the competition, the Promoter will delete your information promptly after the incentive has finished. If you are successful, then the Promoter will delete your information after administration of prizes and related activities.

The Promoter will not disclose or share your information with any third party other than those who are engaged by the Promoter to administer the competition. Your information may be sent to countries outside of the European Economic Area where the Promoter's (or its third parties') processing equipment is located in another country but the Promoter ensures that any transfer happens in accordance with the law.

Entrants have various rights with regard to their personal data which the Promoter holds about them:

  • (a) a right to request a copy of that information;
  • (b) a right to require that the Promoter erases your information (but note that this will automatically remove your entry from the competition); and
  • (c) a right to amend your information.

To exercise any of these rights, please write to the Legal Department, Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. You will need to make your request in writing, specifying the action that you want the Promoter to take and enclose proof of your identity.
